Using Strollmates

Strollmates is for personal walking, mapping, progress, and optional friend sharing. You are responsible for using the app safely, following local laws, and not using the app while distracted or in unsafe conditions.

Accounts and Profiles

The app creates an anonymous cloud account when cloud backup or social features are used. Keep profile names, avatars, and shared activity respectful and lawful.

Friend and Shared Content Rules

• Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or spam other users.
• Do not upload or share offensive, explicit, illegal, or unsafe content.
• Use blocking and reporting tools if another user or shared walk violates these rules.
• We may restrict or delete accounts and content that violate these terms or create safety risk.

Strollmates+

Strollmates+ is sold through Apple's in-app purchase system. Subscription pricing, duration, trials, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple and shown before purchase. You can manage subscriptions from your Apple account or from Settings in the app.

Health, Motion, and Location

Location, motion, and Apple Health access are optional system permissions. Some route, coverage, step, and sharing features may not work without the relevant permission.

No Warranty

Strollmates is provided as is. Maps, routes, step counts, live location, and health data may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Do not rely on Strollmates for emergency, safety-critical, medical, or navigation decisions.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account in Settings > Account > Delete account. This removes Strollmates cloud account data when available and clears local Strollmates data on the device.

Apple Terms

When downloaded from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless App Store Connect lists a custom license for Strollmates.
